Data collected

The contact form collects name, company and email (required) and phone and message (optional). Basic technical data needed to deliver the message (such as the date of sending) may also be processed.

Purpose and legal basis

The data are used to handle and respond to the enquiry, manage professional contact and, where applicable, the pre-contractual or contractual relationship that follows. They are not used for bulk marketing and are not added to marketing lists without an additional legal basis.

The legal basis is the data subject’s consent (acceptance of the privacy policy on the form) and, where relevant, legitimate interest in responding to a request sent to the owner, or taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request.

Data are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and applicable legal duties. If no professional relationship begins, they are usually kept for up to 12 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

Recipients and security

The form is submitted through Formspree, a provider that processes the request in order to deliver it to the owner. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area; in that case processing is subject to the safeguards applied by each provider (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

Data are not shared with third parties for their own commercial purposes. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the site, respond to the enquiry or comply with a legal obligation. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the information.
